Due to the Pandora's deep-space, long-haul missions, the vessel boasts an expanded Recreation Facilities Deck that encompasses Deck Five.
The main foyer comprises an open, modern boulevard with glass walls and vibrant lighting - giving the effect of a neon city-like atmosphere typically found on a planet or space station. This was purposefully chosen to give officers and passengers an experience unlike typical starship service and provide a sense of normalcy, helping to promote down-time and relaxation away from regular ship duties.
On the Forward half of the deck is the Pandora's Box Restaurant on the port side, Luna Eclipse Bar on the starboard side, Gifted Gym at the bow, with Holodecks in the central space.
- The Pandora's Box is a 150-seat restaurant, delivering high quality fresh foods, local and seasonal dishes, and plenty of space for special events. Situated at the stern of the deck, Pandora's Box is your main Mess Hall for the ship, where crews will hold their main meals. The restaurant also contained a private dinning space for up to twenty people.
- The Luna Eclipse is the Pandora's main Bar/Lounge, or "ten-forward". Enjoy our low-light atmosphere with comfy white lounges and grey marble tables, while facing a panoramic view of the space outside through our enlarged glass windows.
- Gifted, named after the legend of Pandora, is the ship's 24-hour fitness center, bringing top of the range exercise equipment, lap pool, and dedicated trainers to help keep the crew in peak condition. More social and available than a holodeck program, the Gifted gym is pivotal for maintaining physical fitness during the long mission.
- Holodecks and Training Rooms, a series of 6 large holodeck rooms for training and recreational purposes.
On the Aft half of the deck is the Daycare Centre on the port side, Education Centre and School rooms on the starboard side, Crescent Cafe at the very stern, with Crew Quarters and Civilian Quarters in the central space.
- Daycare Centre - For the many personnel and passengers who have kids too young for school, or both parents are serving on board the vessel requiring supervised care for their little ones. The Daycare is a space divided up into five rooms, compromising of a common room, infant's nursery, art room, music and dance room, and a large jungle-gym with varying play equipment, slides, soft climbing apparatus, and a foam pit for jumping into. It was a place of fun for the young, and sometimes young at heart.
- School Education Centre - for primary and secondary students
- Crescent Cafe - A lively Earth-style eatery serving beverages, desserts, light lunch, and other treats. Typically open from 6am to 6pm ship-time.
Med Deck has a pristine, white concrete floor, glass panel walls up to the ceiling, bright lighting, and a wide main passageway between the different departments. Immediately to the right of the lift is the main Sickbay, and to the left is a research laboratory and Surgical bay.
Sickbay has 10 Biobeds, an Intensive Care Pod, Chief Medical Officer and Medical Staff offices, Medical Staff Quarters, Training Rooms, Training OR, and Supply and Storage Facilities. Primary Sickbay Support Systems include ICU, Biohazard Support, Radiation Treatment Wards, Surgical Ward, Critical Care, Null-Gravity Treatment, Isolation Suites, etc.
Down the very end of the main corridor, facing out to the bow of the ship, is the Counselor's office, which is much more homely and sophisticated space. It has wood paneled walls, leather couches, and a bay view of the galaxy outside. Counselor's Office is decorated to the Ship's Counselor's personal preferences.
Research Laboratory is for mission-specific projects and can be modified to the resident Chief Medical Officer or Chief Research officer's needs. Includes Chief Research Officer's Office, and Recovery Rooms.

Annex to the Main Ship, the Sensor Pod is located above the main hull. It is about 45 metres in length, and contains 3 standard decks. The Sensor Pod provides the Pandora with advanced sensor and tactical abilities, wider and further reach in monitoring and detecting capabilities, increased probe storage and usage, Emergency Lifeboat function, and additional mission support.
The Pod can be manned however it is typically controlled by the Main Bridge Science Station, Engineering, Operations, or Astrometrics, meaning it does not require officers present to operate. Access to the Sensor Pod is typically gained through site to site transport, as there is no turbolift connection from the ship to the Sensor Pod. However, jeffries tubes are present in the connecting struts, meaning physical access can be attained from jeffries tube entry points in the aft of Deck 1 of the main vessel, through to Annex Deck 3 of the Sensor Pod.
