| Description | Intelligence Department includes an Intelligence Surveillance room, Rapid Response Unit, Chief's office, high security room, interview room, isolated database with separate computer core, communications relay, training room, meeting room with kitchenette. The Rapid Response Unit includes the Network Pod - an interactive visual station where all communications across Starfleet's emergency subspace network are displayed. Officers (known as Dispatchers) respond to incoming alerts across the network, selecting an emergency for the Pandora to respond to if required. Some alerts are transferred back to the Intelligence Surveillance Room for further investigation to determine if the matter warrants our response or if it requires a different vessel in the network to attend to. |
