OOC: Just a short & sweet gap filler folks :)

Morning arrived & Aeryn had awoken in her quarters alone, she wasn't even sure if she'd expected to find Mindo still there but all she did know was that she'd enjoyed their time together more than she probably should have. Not that it had been planned or anything it had just happened and now she wasn't sure exactly how to react next time she came face to face with Mindo. That said she couldn't avoid getting on with her work so she headed for the shower before dressing and making for her old office to clear out her things ready to move to sickbay.

Walking into the counselling offices Krysia was busy dropping off a couple of boxes, placing them out of Aeryn's way where they wouldn't get mixed up she was surprised to see Aeryn arrive looking somewhat perplexed. "Hey are you okay?" Krysia smiled as she looked at her friend & colleague.

"Okay...yes, confused...definitely!" Aeryn looked at Krysia motioning for them both to sit down. "I...slept with someone."

"Oh?" Krysia looked at Aeryn, "I take it you're feeling confused because of you & Tyson and the fact that he's leaving us, leaving you?"

Aeryn nodded, "Tyson & I aren't us anymore so I don't have to feel guilty about it, even though I guess I do a little." she sighed, "It's just....the person I slept with, what I'm trying to say is....I'm not sure it whether I want it to mean something or not."

"May I ask who this someone is?" Krysia looked at Aeryn.

"It's....Mindo" Aeryn looked at Krysia not exactly sure what to expect her reaction to be.

"Mindo?" Krysia smiled, "Well he can be something of a charmer around the ladies so I hear." she grinned, "Might I suggest the two of you sit down together at some point and discuss what happened between you. It's the only way you're truly going to clear the air about what happened between you and then you'll both know where you stand."

"That's probably a good idea" Aeryn nodded, "I just hope Mindo is willing to talk about it."

"Any problems you'll know where to find me!" Krysia grinned. "None of what's been said will leave this room, it stays between us."

"Thank you Krys" Aeryn smiled and nodded, "Oh while you're here, here's a list of the current Counselling appointments I had scheduled, you may want to rearrange to organise to your schedule there's no one there that's desperate for right now so you don't have to rush to get settled in & started."

Krysia nodded as she took the PADD and looked it over. "Thank you Aeryn. So are you coming to the talent night tonight?"

"I'm not sure" Aeryn shrugged her shoulders, "It might be...awkward." She offered a brief smile. "I'll see how I feel later."

Krysia nodded and headed for the door, "In that case I'll leave you to it." Heading out of the office she had to wonder whether things would work out between Aeryn & Mindo, no doubt only time would tell.
