Krysia stretched as she slowly started to wake up, she was almost sure the wonderful night she’d had would turn out to be some erotic dream & James Smith to be some wonderful figment of her imagination. Stretching her arm out across the bed she wasn’t surprised to find the bed empty a feeling of profound disappointment washed across her but only for a moment as she felt the bed around her move and lips met hers in the most romantic kiss. Opening her eyes she returned his kiss before he leaned back and sat on the bed beside her, her only disappointment now was that he looked like he was getting ready to leave.

Smith reached for his clothes and started to put them on. Smiling as he kissed her again he said, “I really hate to leave, I really enjoyed our time together.” Smith finished looking over his uniform then turned back toward the bed.

“I thought for a moment I was dreaming” she smiled as she lay wrapped in the covers her arms out over the top, “I guess you have to go?”

Smith nodded, “Breakfast with the captain and then I scheduled a staff meeting as well. I’m hoping we can dig through the information I was able to pull from the Carnage computer core. Hopefully it will give us better information on the Ravager movement and maybe a location of any of there bases.”

“Just promise me we’ll do this again” she gently took his hand holding it gently, “you do me good James, last night is the first night I’ve had no problems with my abilities, no headaches waking me up in the middle of the night just a restful nights sleep, not just that I enjoyed making love to you as well.”

“It’s the first peaceful night sleep I’ve had in along time myself, most of the time I just lay there thinking.” Smith bent down to kiss her again, “Meeting you has changed my whole outlook on life and has helped me look beyond my past. I’d like to have a repeat of last night, I really enjoyed our time together.”

Krysia smiled the biggest smile yet and returned his kiss, “In that case how’s about tonight?” she grinned as she stood wrapped in the bedsheet, it would soon be time to be on the bridge for her shift at Ops. “that’s if you don’t mind me keeping you busy this evening?”

Smiling James said, “I’d like that, going to be a busy day today. It will be nice to have something to look forward too.”

“I’ll look forward to it“ she gently touched his face as she gave him one last kiss, “heavens knows how I’ll concentrate on my work. Speaking of which I’d best get ready or I’ll be late.”

Smith nodded and smiled, “ Yeah I better get going as well before the Captain thinks I’ve gotten lost.” Smith made his way of of Krysia quarters and began to make his way to the Captains quarters smiling all the way their.

Watching James leave Krysia couldn’t help but grin, she’d have that grin permanently written all over her face for the rest of the day.
