The evening at Mindo's opening had gone really well Krysia had enjoyed herself. Walking back along the corridor they arrived at James' quarters, she paused at the doorway not wanting to assume he'd want her to join him inside although she was hoping he would.

Smith stopped outside his quarters, he hadn’t had anyone in his quarters for a long time, but he really wanted Krysia to stay. Looking at her he said, “You doing ok.” Stepping aside he motioned into his quarters, “Would you like to come in.”

"I would love to" she smiled & walked inside making her way over to the sofa she sat down waiting for him to join her before snuggling up under his arm eith her head on the top of his chest. "I really enjoyed tonight"

Nodding and smiling James said, “Me too, at time though I felt like your brother was keeping a close eye on me.”

"I got that impression sometimes myself" she leaned across to kiss him before sitting back a little, "I'd like to stay... that's if you want me too of course."

“I’d like that”. James had already removed his Jacket and tie, and watched as she got up.

She grinned as she stood up and headed towards the bedroom, "You'd better hurry up..." she purposely unzipped her dress and let it fall off her one shoulder, ".. or there'll be nothing left for you to remove!"

Smith followed her as she entered his bedroom helping her out of the rest of her dress. He led her to the bed, and enjoyed another fabulous night with her.

Lying cuddled in James's arms Krysia looked up for a moment, "I remember you telling me about the Captain being your old friend did he know your wife & daughter too?"

Smith looked at her and replied, “Nyx and I have been friends for years, even training together at many intel training sites. During our shore leave I ran into Emily, It was love at first site. During this time we were all stationed together for a training mission. We were married shortly after, our families remained close even after Nyx and I were assigned to different post.”

Pausing for a moment James continued, “When my daughter was born, Nyx and his wife were there and they became her God Parents. Nyx has always been there for me and me for him.”

Krysia lay her head back on James chest enjoying the feel of his chest rising & falling as he breathed in & out. "Have you ever thought about what you'd like in the future?" she understood that he'd most likely have considered finding justice for his family first & foremost. "Would you want to marry & have children again?"

“I had thought about it, hunting the Ravagers has been my goal. I don’t want then hurting other families and destroying other people’s lives. I never thought I would find anyone again.” Smith looked over at Krysia, “until now, I feel so at peace when I’m with you. So I could see myself marrying again and having children. I have always loved being around children.”

"I never really stopped to think about it until now" her hand gently stroked his chest, "I met Shae & her daughter Aoife the other day it reminded me how much I like children, I always did get along well with them" she raised her head to look at James, "maybe in the future when we've got Justice for your family & if this..." she paused to gently kiss him, "...goes well for us, perhaps you'd like another child?"

“I would like that.” Smith leaned over and kissed her again.

"In the meantime..." she grinned as she enticed him, "I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon & I doubt Owen would check and see where I am we are adults after all & I can't get enough of you" she grinned a wry grin, "make love to me again & I promise I'll let you get some sleep!"

Smith laughed as he held her close to him and said, “LT Ryan can hold things together til I get there in the morning. I’m in no rush to get there” Pulling her close, they made love well into the night.
