Krysia had been planning the day of her & James' baby's birth for months this time Louis had been keeping a close watch on Krysia incase of any complications and James had been a bit like a cat on a hot tin roof with the time of the birth fast approaching. They'd made arrangements for Aurora to stay with friends and everything had more or less gone to plan, as soon as her water had broken Krysia had notified Louis and the whole plan had gone seemlessly.

The birth this time had taken less time than Aurora's no sooner had Krysia been transferred to what had become the permanent sickbay, a matter of hours later the room was filled with cries from a whole new set of small lungs. This time there was no panic afterwards & Krysia was able to enjoy holding their new born Son straight after his birth, they'd elected not to know the sex this time so it had come as a surprise to have a brother for Aurora she hadn't stated a preference either way fortunately.

Even though it was a joyous occasion Krysia couldn't help but feel sad for Shae having lost her own baby the way she did Shae had never been herself afterwards and Krysia could understand her feelings but it simply wasn't safe for anyone to approach Shae anymore. Poor Cailus had continued on as best as he could with the support of his crewmates and friends but there was little he could do for his wife either and Krysia could only imagine how it must have felt for him.

She smiled as she watched James cradling his Son, the last time she'd seen that twinkle in his eye was when Aurora was born and it was fun to watch. Aurora had burst into the room and come to see her new baby brother, wanting to cuddle and kiss him before eventually asking to hold him which made a wonderful picture all on its own.

Now all she and James had to do, with Aurora's help was to choose a suitable name for their son something that would take some thought. She had an idea but it was one she needed to run by James first in private before it became an official choice.
